Mini Marathon
Three days after I ran the Chicago Marathon, Trinity ran a mini marathon at her school. They created a course that lapped around the school grounds. It looked like each lap was equivalent to about a 1/4 mile. I thought Trinity would run around once or twice. To my surprise she did 5 laps!! The longest in kindergarten was 7 laps. I was very impressed by these little legs. I would have run along side her for some of it but I was too sore and limping still from my marathon.
